Enhancing Employee Development

As the energy sector evolved and CPFL embarked on a transformation journey—starting with privatization and the acquisition of a new shareholder—there was a growing demand for new competencies and skills among its managers. In this context, the Corporate University of CPFL required a new strategic vision aligned with business goals to become a key player in employee development and organizational culture strengthening.

The challenge was to reposition the corporate university to take on a more strategic role, empowering employees and aligning its initiatives with the company's transformative vision.

Becoming a learning company is strategic

The Branding project was developed through in-depth interviews with leadership, which allowed for a clear understanding of the university's strategic role in the company’s new context. We then facilitated co-creation workshops to build the brand strategy and narrative, complemented by a trend analysis and benchmarking of corporate best practices in education.

The approach focused on strengthening CPFL’s identity and culture, encouraging employees to take ownership of their development journey while aligning this new vision with the company’s strategic future.

Education and intrapreneurial transformation

The process included the facilitation of collaborative workshops, where we used facilitation methodologies to ensure that the different perspectives of leadership and stakeholders were integrated into the new brand strategy for CPFL University. We also conducted a trend mapping of corporate education to identify best practices that aligned with CPFL’s transformation journey.

The project resulted in the creation of an inspiring brand that motivates employees to take charge of their development while promoting career evolution aligned with CPFL’s strategy.
