Building a future vision - Human-Tech

Hiperstream, a global technology company, aimed to transform how it communicated with its clients. Through data analysis technology and multichannel communication rules, Hiperstream's technology empowers B2B clients to manage the communication journey integrated with the billing delivery to create a unique experiences with end-users.

The challenge was to translate its technological delivery into a human-centered narrative, connecting their tech offerings with the final user experience.

Good tech is everywhere, but good tech brands are not

To address this challenge, I developed a brand strategy focused on the connection between technology and people, in human terms and not just technical ones.

The concept of "human-tech" emerged as a basis for creating a narrative that positions technology as a facilitator of more human relationships, engaging the internal public and strengthening the culture of innovation. The brand strategy and narrative guided the company to use technology not only as a tool, but as a way to empower people and create deeper and more meaningful connections, based on dialogue and exchange.

Human-tech to connect

The project encompassed in-depth interviews with leadership, trend analysis of the forces influencing human-technology interactions and brand sprints facilitation to explore future scenarios.

Using the Lego Serious Play methodology, I explored potential brand territories and created a clear and focused brand narrative: Human-tech to connect. This narrative simplifies Hiperstream's technological complexity while guiding both innovation and internal culture.

This vision drove the visual system inspired by coding languages, emphasizing interaction between the brand and its audience through accessible and engaging communication.

Meaningful tech
