I work where strategy meets people.
I am Livia Germano, a strategist, researcher and facilitator working across branding, innovation, experience and human-centered strategy.
For more than 20 years, I have helped organizations understand people, identify opportunities, build strategic directions and explore new possibilities.
My career started in branding, but over time, the questions became bigger.
Not only: What should a brand say?
But: What should it create?
How should people experience it?
What future could it help make possible?
That evolution brought me into research, innovation, experience design and facilitation, and increasingly into Health & Care, where questions of meaning, human experience and systemic change become particularly tangible.
Today, through Sincera, I work independently with organizations, teams and communities to explore meaningful possibilities and turn them into strategic action.
I also facilitate using LEGO® Serious Play®, participatory methods and other experiential approaches, always choosing the method according to the challenge, not the other way around.
