For more than twenty years, I've worked across branding, innovation, healthcare and organizational transformation, helping organizations better understand people and navigate complexity.

Through Sincera, my independent strategic practice, I combine research, facilitation and strategic thinking to help teams make sense of change, uncover opportunities and create more meaningful futures.

My work is particularly focused on human experience, health and wellbeing, collective intelligence, creativity and emerging ways of living, learning and caring.

Originally from Brazil and now based in the Netherlands, I work internationally with organizations, institutions and communities interested in building more human-centered responses to an increasingly complex world.
